Karen Nation, certified sports nutritionist and founder of Creation Nation, developed protein bar and energy bite mixes to give consumers a fresher, healthier and customizable option for snacking. Creation Nation’s bars and bites are easy to make, require no baking, and target food tribes including gluten-free, paleo, vegan, and keto. The mixes are distributed through UNFI and KeHe, and are available in major retailers like Whole Foods and online through Thrive Market and the company's e-commerce website. The brand, which was selected as the NOSH Live Pitch Slam 5 winner, is planning to raise another round of investment to help increase distribution and expand toward the east coast.
