Speaker 1 [00:14] Keep on keeping on with Rushabh Shah, who is the CEO of Glish. Come on up. Good to see you again. Please grab any more of the microphones. Please keep an eye on your

Rushapsha [00:30] timer. Sounds good. All right, good afternoon, everybody. Uh, super excited to be presenting today and, uh, thank you, Bevnet for this opportunity. So my name is Rushabh Shah and I'm the co-founder and CEO of Glish, born and raised in Mumbai in India. I moved to the United States back in 2010, and since then I've been managing ultra-complex technical engineering related programs. In doing so, I've realized one thing that simple is better. In fact, the best. I'm sure everyone would agree with me, right? So keeping this mantra in mind of simple is better. Me and my family, we found Glish. What is Glish? It's actually a lifestyle, a simple and a wellness lifestyle that extends to a family, right? And because of its ubiquitous appeal, we also call it the universal phase. So Glish, it's a delectable, light, and a refreshing, sparkling beverage that comes in three flavors. We have a mango ginger, yuzu ginger, as well as a chai spice ginger. Our beverages are fun and functional. What do we mean by that, right? So our fun elements come from our three custom-made all-natural flavors that are perfectly blended in harmony with our naturally pressed ginger juice that provides a lot of functional benefits. We retail anywhere between 350 and $399 a can, and within just 4 months of our existence we are across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Jersey City, as well as Hoboken with active presence on our website as well. We sell through Drinklist.com, Amazon, as well as wholesale on fare. Now, let's talk about what makes Glish special, right? Well, it has low calorie, low sugar in terms of organic cane sugar, vegan certified non-GMO certified, gluten-free, as well as caffeine-free. And to summarize what makes Glish special, right? So it's a sparkling beverage that's made for your family by your family. That's my time. Thank you.

Speaker 1 [02:21] No, be careful. Well done. David, the first thing I thought of when I saw Glish was it's a spin drift type product with, uh, you know, more esoteric flavors, more cultural flavors. Um, do you see it that way? Is that a comparable, is, is that easy? Is that a fair comparison?

Speaker 3 [02:40] Well, I, I, I, um, yeah, I think so. Um, I, I would add that. There would be a little bit I would recommend a little bit more clarity on the product descriptor, uh, on what it is. I mean, it says beverage there, so we know, we know that, but is it a sparkling water? Is it a sparkling juice, um, so I think that's important.

Speaker 1 [03:01] Mhm. The second thing I noticed was the, the, uh, calorie count which seems really great, Alison, um, I mean, are in your opinion, are more consumers looking for a sparkling beverage that is in that calorie range of 25 to 30?

Speaker 4 [03:13] Yeah, it's funny when we did the new beverage showdown we were originally zero sugar and Craven actually came to me and he said, put some sugar in it, people like taste. So I think if you find, and we did and our sales skyrocketed by the way, so I would say that balance where you have just a little bit and you have that lower calorie, it's that sweet spot that I think people will really like.

Speaker 1 [03:34] Brittany, um, you know, as far as the can goes in the label hierarchy, I mean, is this attractive to you as a, as someone who looks at beverages all day?

Speaker 5 [03:43] That's right, um, you know, I actually love it. I love the, the complementary colors. I like how the can feels. I would say there's probably a little bit more storytelling we could do and pull out in it that just so as you're walking by a shelf, it illuminates for you a little bit faster and quicker, um, but overall I really like the color tone that they've chosen.

Speaker 1 [04:01] Yeah, Jackie, I mean, as someone who tastes beverages all day, um, what do you think of the taste of Glish?

Speaker 6 [04:07] Yeah, um, I think it was, it was good. Um, I think it was a little bit sweet for me. Um, the second ingredient did seem to be cane sugar, um, but the spices. I mean, I love ginger, um, yuzu is awesome and citrus, um, so I think the, the flavors are, are there with a little bit of tweaking, um, and I also would say that the universal fizz and trying to be something for everyone, I would just be try to keep focus, especially as you're launching.

Speaker 1 [04:35] All right, it's

Speaker 4 [04:36] tough.
