
Cannabis beverage brand hi Seltzer is the latest THC drink maker to switch formulations from delta 8 to delta 9. The brand has been working on the delta-9 drinks since 2023 and began deploying them over the summer.
The Kentucky-based brand launched its new D9-THC flavored seltzers (Watermelon, Real Cherry, Pineapple, Peach, Lemon Lime and Wild Berry) into Total Wine & More stores last week. The drinks have 5mg nano-emulsified THC per 12 oz. slim can and will be available in the retailer’s California, Texas, Arizona and Florida stores with plans to expand into other locations in 2025.
In February, the brand lined up another key partnership with Texas-based retailer SPEC’s. At the time, hi Seltzer announced plans to move into Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Tennessee, Kentucky, Kansas, Missouri, the Carolinas and Alabama. Along with its cannabevs, hi Seltzer makes delta 8 gummies

- Luna Bay is bringing its seasonal NA variety Cranberry Spice Sangria to The TJX Companies, Inc. and Homegoods starting next week. Along with Cranberry Sangria, the brand will be bringing more NA options and variety packs to the retailer’s locations. The new flavor initially launched in Trader Joe’s over the summer. The tea-based mocktail comes in 12 oz. fat cans and joins the other brands NA flavors — Raspberry Rambler, Blueberry Mint Mojito and Mango Mule.
- Caffeine- and sugar-free energy drink Update is now on grab-and-go shelves in Central Market locations across Texas. The brand’s Berry, Lime and Peach flavors are available for $3.49 per 12 oz. slim can. Update uses Paraxanthine, a proprietary ingredient, to provide energy without the negative side effects of caffeine.
- Gillian Anderson’s functional wellness brand G Spot has crossed the Atlantic and made landfall in the U.S. at Pop Up Grocer! and online. Using nootropic and adaptogen ingredients, G Spot serves four occasions: Arouse (Passionfruit & Habanero), Lift (Red Berries & Sarawak), Soothe (Scarlet Apple & Sage) and Protect (Ginger & Peppercorn).
