Pepsi Bottling Group Inc., the world’s largest bottler of Pepsi-Cola drinks, says it plans to buy family-owned Kitchener Beverages Ltd., expanding its presence in Canada. The Kitchener, Ont.-based company operates one warehouse and employs about 65 people. In July, Pepsi Bottling Group finalized its purchase of Canadian Seaman’s Beverages Ltd. in Prince Edward Island.
