Based in Portland, Maine, the Urban Farm Fermentory (UFF) is an experimental, community-based fermentation center. We strive to use as many local ingredients as possible and prioritize dealings with local businesses. We ferment hard cider, mead, and kombucha in-house, we keep bees on our roof and some raised beds in our backyard, we host educational workshops on fermentation,
