Sugarlands Distilling Company uses an artisanal stone mill to grind Tennessee white corn into meal. The meal is mixed with natural Smoky Mountain water and pure cane sugar to create a sour mash. Each batch of shine is distilled a total of six times to remove all sulfites and vapor.
