BEVsystems International, Inc.’s Life 02 SuperOxygenated Water to be Distributed by H.T. Hackney

MIAMI–(BUSINESS WIRE)–June 5, 2002– BEVsystems International, Inc. (OTCBB:BEVS) today announced that Tennessee-based H.T. Hackney, one of the largest wholesale distributors in the nation, has agreed to distribute Life O2 SuperOxygenated Water. The company, which services over 30,000 retail customers and stocks over 25,000 products, has distribution centers that cover 19 states.

H.T. Hackney, which was founded in 1891, has placed its first order and will initiate distribution of Life O2 to the 59-unit, South Carolina-based Hot Spots convenience store chain.
