National Beverage Names Division President

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Aug. 27, 2003–National Beverage Corp. (AMEX:FIZ) today announced that William (Bill) Phillips has been named President of its National BevPak division. Mr. Phillips assumes complete responsibility for manufacturing, technical services and engineering processes of ten production facilities.
With almost 25 years experience in the beverage industry, Bill Phillips has been part of the National Beverage team since the acquisition of Shasta Beverages in 1985. Mr. Phillips began his career with Shasta as Regional Manufacturing Manager in 1980. Most recently, Bill Phillips was Executive Vice President of National BevPak.

Prior to his tenure with Shasta/National Beverage, Mr. Phillips held manufacturing positions with Procter & Gamble.

Mr. Phillips holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Science from Dartmouth College. His hobbies include photography, family activities and golf.
