The revamped domain has been designed to better educate coffee lovers and offer the most up-to-date information about Tully’s stores, products and promotions. User-friendly, More Intuitive
For the redesign, Tully’s enlisted the help of POP, a Seattle-based interactive marketing agency. The site is divided into four prominent categories: “Shop,” “Menu,” “About Our Coffee” and “Tully’s Card.” One of the primary goals was to make finding and purchasing the right coffee a more intuitive process. By using the new “coffee selector” tool, users can utilize a sliding scale to ascertain a coffee’s levels of acidity, body and intensity, select type (single origin, fair trade and/or decaf) and region (The Americas, Africa/Arabica/India and Pacific/Indonesia).
Coffee enthusiasts can also turn to the Tully’s site for information on bean selection, roasting, grinding, brewing and tasting from master roaster, Brian Speckman.
Other key features include the ability to search for Tully’s locations by zip code and multiple criteria, including free Wi-Fi, where Tully’s cards are accepted and drive-thru locations. Customers are also able to add money to their loyalty card, check their balance and register for card protection. Tully’s has also launched TellTullys.com, a customer feedback site where customers can rate their Tully’s coffeehouse experience and give detailed feedback. In addition, Tully’s K-Cups are available for purchase through the new site.
