June 17, 2008 (Hunt Valley, MD.) – OGO Oxygenated water and other O-Company product lines will be marketed and distributed in North America by OGO USA LLC, a company formed by beverage industry veteran Bill Sipper and entrepreneur Jeff Bunting. OGO’s unique oxygenated water and globe-shaped bottle have won numerous awards for taste and design, respectively.

OGO oxygenated water is available in an iconic .33 cl patented globe bottle in still, sparkling and “Flower Power”, a flavor developed by the Hotel Plaza Athénée. Additionally, a 1 liter glass bottle will be available on a limited and exclusive basis. All packaging for the O-Company was designed by the acclaimed Ora-Ito company based in Paris.

“We are very excited about our partnership and our long term agreement with the O-company. Their cutting edge products and packaging are exactly what luxury consumers are looking for. The technology is ground breaking, the message is strong and the opportunities are tremendous.” said Mr. Bunting, President.

“We are going to focus our efforts on gaining distribution at the highest end of the market and in only the right sectors. OGO is clearly not for everyone. It is designed for luxury consumers and will not be found in your average retail shop. We plan to build on OGO’s reputation in Europe as a one-of-a-kind product,” said Mr. Sipper, Chief Operating Officer.

Bill Sipper has held senior management positions at both established and up-and-coming beverage companies including Evian, Clearly Canadian, Nantucket Nectars, Fresh Samantha (sold to Odwalla and then The Coca-Cola Company), Naked Juice (sold to Pepsi) and Zeiglers Apple Cider. Jeffrey Bunting has co-founded and run a number of companies in different sectors including Alpine Food Service Solutions, Affinity Stone, and Kiss my Feet.

“We have additional ideas up our sleeves for new products that will build on the unique O-company brand and design,” added Mr. Bunting.
