To celebrate the launch of CASCAL in new 12 oz. aluminum cans, Andrew Zimmern, host of the popular television show “Bizarre Foods” and a CASCAL enthusiast, hosted an afternoon of gourmet soda paired with exotic foods at CUT Beverly Hills. In a live demonstration, Zimmern prepared a variety of small food plates, including croque-madames with fried quail egg as well as geoduck clams served as an amuse bouche. Each dish was accompanied by CASCAL fermented sodas. Included below are several photos from the event.
