Radiance by vTrue Launches in Southern California

vtrueSAUSALITO, Calif. — Radiance is a delicious skin supplement beverage that is physician-developed with a blend of 25 botanical extracts, minerals and vitamins. It contains 510 mg of 13 botanical extracts, plus 100% of the RDA of 8 vitamins and minerals. Radiance is free of artificial sweeteners, flavors, colors and preservatives—and contains just 45 calories per bottle!

Clinical studies support Radiance’s functional claims: Collagen and elastin support reduces fine lines and wrinkles, and enhances skin tone and elasticity; antioxidants combat the aging process, protect the skin from sun damage and facilitate the skin’s healing process.  Radiance also enhances circulation, bringing nutrition and moisture to the skin, and promotes detoxification. And again, Radiance contains just 45 calories per 16 oz. serving.

With the first product off the production line in late July, Radiance was recently introduced this past August and September.  Retailer and consumer response has been nothing short of phenomenal.  All Gelson’s stores took it immediately and have already run their first promotion with ads, specials and demos in all 18 of their stores.  Radiance also went immediately into Nature’s Best and DPI Distributing.  Radiance was an exhibitor at the recent Nature’s Best Tabletop Trade Show in early September.

In early October Radiance was delighted to receive approval and orders from Kroger to be on the shelves of both Ralph’s and Fred Meyer stores in February.   Currently, Radiance is preparing to be launched in Canada by Unique Foods.  Radiance is interviewing brokers and has presentations set with many additional retailers including Safeway and Bristol Farms.  Radiance just planned additional January price and end isle promotions with an additional chain wide demo program at Gelson’s.

Radiance is the brainchild of its founder, Peter Crane. In 2007, Crane was diagnosed with skin cancer. Caught at an early stage, it turned out not to be life-threatening, but its presence was quite a scare for Peter, who’d spent a lifetime in the sun as a professional skier and avid surfer.  It prompted Crane, who studied nutrition at UCLA, to undertake a worldwide search for nutrients that could protect and heal the skin.

Crane enlisted the expertise of physicians, doctors of nutrition and leading flavor scientists, to develop Radiance’s proprietary beauty blend and natural flavors. After years of research and testing that went in to creating a proven and effective combination of botanicals, vitamins and minerals for restoring and protecting healthy skin, Radiance’s final great-tasting formulation was recently introduced to the public late this last summer.
