WATERTOWN, Conn. (March 9, 2015) – Crystal Rock, one of the largest independent home and office distributors of water, coffee and office products in the northeast, today announced plans to introduce trimino as the first protein-infused water in its line-up of beverage products.
This new protein water, launched last year by Miami Bay Beverage Company, Branford, Conn., and currently rolling out nationwide, will be sold through Crystal Rock’s distribution system of business and residential accounts in the northeast, according to Crystal Rock’s Peter K. Baker, president and CEO of Crystal Rock Holdings, Inc., based in Watertown, Conn.
trimino protein-infused water contains seven grams of high quality whey protein and 100 percent of the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) of vitamin B complex. It’s light and refreshing with no sugar, carbohydrates, caffeine, gluten, or lactose. At only 28 calories per 16-oz. bottle, it comes in four Simply Delicious fruit flavors: Peach, Mixed Berry, Strawberry Lemonade, and Coconut Pineapple. Suggested retail price is $2.49.
