Touting strong sales propelled by innovation and marketing for its portfolio leader LaCroix, National Beverage Corp. wrapped its fiscal year with positive gains, reporting net sales of $1.2 billion, up from $1.9 billion in 2024.

The Florida-based company announced a 5.5% net sales increase to $314 million during Q4 of fiscal year 2025, ending May 3, with operating income up 8.6% for the quarter to $57.5 million.

Gross margin for the year increased to 37% of sales and operating income was up 7.8% to $235 million.

“LaCroix’s recent innovations, Sunshine, Cherry Lime and Blackberry Cucumber, began shipping in the fourth quarter, providing a growth stimulus in a challenging consumer environment,” a company spokesperson stated in a press release.

The company highlighted summer marketing campaigns for LaCroix, including a national bus tour featuring a branded vehicle advertising the LaCroix Sunshine flavor, and new pro sports partnerships including men’s and women’s soccer teams and deals with WNBA teams the Indiana Fever and Dallas Wings.

National Beverage also cited benefits from its partnership with back-to-back NHL Stanley Cup winners the Florida Panthers; LaCroix’s logo is featured on the team’s jerseys.

“We inspire our team members to think creatively in all areas, including marketing, social media, BrandED (our unique in-store tasting experience), MerchMx (teams that build creative, themed displays), targeted social media ‘creators’, and numerous consumer events,” the spokesperson said.

“The current confluence of events is unprecedented in recent times,” they added. “The last few years have clearly demonstrated the resilience of the U.S. consumer as well as Team National’s deliberate, long-term operational focus. We begin our new fiscal year with optimism and confidence that our innovative brands are well-positioned to deliver a ‘healthy’ future to our consumers and shareholders.”
