Bell Flavors and Fragrances announced new hires at its Northbrook Headquarters, underlining the company’s commitment to grow its global flavor and fragrance business.

Flavor New Hires
Cynthia Lipka was appointed to the position of Senior Flavorist. Cynthia has over 17 years of experience as a flavor chemist working at Synergy Flavors Inc., Wrigley Jr.Company and The Hershey Company. She has a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Elizabethtown College. Cynthia will be a much valued addition to Bell’s flavor research and development team.
Grace Johnson was appointed Marketing Coordinator. Grace comes to Bell from the non-profit world where she created marketing materials and member presentations. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Marketing degree. Grace will be an added value to the marketing department.
Fragrance New Hires
Mary Shum was appointed to the position of Account Manager: Fragrances at Bell Flavors & Fragrances Canada. Mary has over 20 years of experience in sales in flavors & fragrances. She has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Foods) degree from Guelph University and has successfully completed various sales and marketing trainings. Mary’s vast sales experience, knowledge of the Canadian industry and her enthusiasm will be an asset for Bell’s sales team in Canada.
Pamela Angeles was appointed to Business Development Executive of Fragrance growth accounts. Pamela has an extensive background in Fragrance Development and Fragrance Sales and has held senior positions with Symrise, and Robertet, including VP of Fragrance Development with Symrise.
