Oishii Sake, the U.S.-based brand known for blending centuries-old Japanese brewing techniques with American craftsmanship, announces the launch of the Oishii Sake Spritz - a new all-natural, ready-to-drink canned sake cocktail that brings clean ingredients and bold flavor to the growing RTD category.
Available for presale online starting May 1 in four flavors - Mango Yuzu, Watermelon Lime, Lychee Lemon, and Coconut Lemongrass - the Oishii Sake Spritz is gluten-free, low-calorie, kosher, and sweetened with Monk Fruit In The Raw, delivering a clean, easy-drinking experience with broad consumer appeal. Each 12-ounce can is low in calories, kosher, gluten-free, and contains zero added sugar, and less than 3 grams of carbs with an ABV of 6%, made from the brand’s proprietary sake brewed in the U.S.A.
Initial distribution includes New York, Florida, Georgia, and California, with national expansion planned for Q3 2025. Suggested retail pricing is $5 per single can and $20 for a variety four-pack, available in select retailers and direct-to-consumer.

The base sake is made with Titan Rice grown in Arkansas and Blue Ridge Mountain water, and is brewed, fermented, and packaged domestically with full vertical control. Oishii’s current portfolio includes its flagship Cloudy Junmai (Nigori) and Clear Junmai, each with an SRP of $29.99 (750ml), along with its premium Kintsugi Sake for $400.
The launch positions Oishii at the intersection of the RTD and wellness boom, clean label movement, and renewed interest in sake as a lifestyle beverage in the U.S., providing a premium, scalable product with flexible merchandising potential in both alcohol and wellness-leaning beverage sets.
