CoreBev Announces Strategic Partnership with Markavo to Bring Trademark Protection Services to Emerging Beverage Brands

Waterbury, CT — May 3, 2026 — The CoreBev Group Inc., an award-winning beverage manufacturing company and spirits innovation platform, today announced a new strategic partnership with Markavo, LLC, a national trademark services provider known for its affordable, flat-rate U.S. trademark solutions.

The partnership is designed to give CoreBev’s growing network of beverage founders, spirits entrepreneurs, co-packing clients, and brand partners direct access to trademark support through a dedicated, co-branded onboarding experience. Under the agreement, Markavo will provide CoreBev-referred clients with priority service, a dedicated point of contact, and a streamlined pathway for protecting brand names, logos, product lines, and related intellectual property. The agreement establishes Markavo as CoreBev's preferred legal IP partner, providing enhanced service levels for CoreBev-referred clients.

As CoreBev continues expanding its portfolio of craft spirits, ready-to-drink cocktails, private-label programs, and beverage incubation services, the company identified trademark protection as a critical need for early-stage beverage companies looking to launch, raise capital, enter distribution, and protect their long-term brand value.

“The co-manufacturing side of CoreBev has always been about more than just bottling and canning; that’s just the tip of the iceberg,” said Stelios Stavrianos, Founder of CoreBev. “We are building a large ecosystem for beverage entrepreneurs, one that supports formulation, production, branding, compliance, packaging, distribution strategy, and now, through this partnership with Markavo, access to trusted trademark protection. Through the partnership, CoreBev clients will have access to a dedicated Markavo landing page, a dedicated Markavo attorney, reduced pricing, and priority consultation opportunities. Markavo is also providing CoreBev clients with exclusive digital benefits, including SMS reminders for key deadlines, voicemail alerts for important due dates, improved docket tracking, and a centralized online portal where clients can view trademark statuses in one place.

The collaboration is especially valuable for alcohol and beverage companies, where brand protection often intersects with complex regulatory considerations, including TTB approvals, COLA filings, product classifications, and label development.

CoreBev’s own brand portfolio includes Kavo Rum, Moonlight Barista, Adverasry Whiskey, The Cocktail Chemist, Cylinder Vodka, Connecticut Distilling, Pasha's, and other craft spirits and ready-to-drink beverage concepts. The company also works with founders and outside beverage brands through co-packing, formulation, production, and commercialization services.

The Markavo partnership reinforces CoreBev’s broader mission: to become a full-service growth platform for the next generation of beverage brands.
