LEESBURG, Va., April 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Shot Spirits Corporation (Pink Sheets: SSPT) is pleased to announce that the Company has signed a distribution agreement with Apple Rush Corp., Inc. (Pink Sheets: APRU). Under this agreement Shot Spirits Corporation plans to distribute Apple Rush Organic Juice in bottles and cans to their network of hotels, bars and restaurant customers.
The agreement between Shot Spirits Corporation and Apple Rush Co., Inc. states that Shot Spirits will serve as a non exclusive sales and distribution representative for products produced and sold by Apple Rush. The territory assigned to Shot Spirits, for the sale of Apple Rush’s products will be within the United States and Canada. Shot Spirits customers include companies such as Bacardi, Pernod-Ricard, Smith & Wollensky, Chili’s and On The Border franchisees and more.
The organic food market has become more popular since early 2002 and is estimated to reach $70.2 billion globally according to Just-Food. The U.S. organic market is a multibillion dollar market and is projected to increase 27 percent annually.
