January 2012, Brooklyn, NY. Howard Smith, Jr., President of Virginia Dare Extract Company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Nicolson to the position of Quality Assurance Manager. In this role he will be responsible for managing the quality team, interact with vendors and help customers.
Kevin brings 5 years of experience to this position having started his career as a Food Technologist at National Starch and most recently at Allen Flavors as a Quality Control Manager.
Kevin is a graduate of Delaware Valley College with a B.S. degree in Food Science and a minor in Management.
Kevin resides in New Jersey.
