  • Representatives for environmental activist Erin Brockovich say they plan to file a lawsuit against The Coca-Cola Co., alleging the company contaminated groundwater in Paw Paw Township in Michigan. Link


  • Trian Fund Management cut its stake in Dr Pepper Snapple Group Inc to 5.58 percent from 7.18 percent, according to a securities filing on Friday. Link
  • An analyst on Monday upgraded shares of PepsiCo Inc. and Pepsi Bottling Group Inc., saying both are poised to grow even if PepsiCo fails in its bid to take over its two biggest bottlers. Link
