The Start of a Movement: GIVE to Make Industry Debut at Natural Products Expo West Booth #4733

PITTSBURGH (Mar. 12, 2008) – Imagine being able to make a difference simply by buying a bottle of water. With the creation of GIVE Natural Spring Water, four teenage entrepreneurs set out to let consumers do just that.

"Since our launch last August, we’ve made tremendous progress. From a group of high school friends making local deliveries out of the backs of our cars, the response has proven that GIVE is on its way to becoming a significant national brand," says Ben Lewis, 19, founder and CEO of PurBlu Beverages and a college freshman.

It’s not just that 10 cents of every bottle sold goes to charity, though clearly that’s important. It’s also that GIVE painlessly educates consumers about the philanthropic sector and the importance of giving back. And it lets them choose how to give and allows their giving to become part of who they are.

GIVE drinkers can decide which cause to support by selecting any one of three vibrantly colored bottles: GIVE Life is blue, for children in need; GIVE Hope is pink, for breast cancer research and prevention; GIVE Love is green, for environmental causes.

GIVE, which will be available at Whole Foods Market® stores throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region starting next month, will make its industry debut at the Natural Products Expo West, Mar. 14-16, at booth #4733.

"We are proud to be part of Expo West and to be featured among today’s cutting-edge natural products," says Gary Paparella, Senior Vice President of Sales for PurBlu and industry veteran of 28 years.

"GIVE is more than bottled water. It’s a movement and our customers have proven that," said Lewis.
