Brands started gearing up for warmer weather this month, with a limited edition summer launch from DRY Botanical Bubbly, new lemonades from IZZE and cherry-flavored releases from Olipop and Ugly. Digestive tonic maker Olipop introduced its fifth flavor, Cherry Vanilla, which is available starting this month exclusively through the brand’s website in 12-packs for $35.99. The flavor is scheduled to debut at Sprouts Farmers Market in June in 12 oz cans for a suggested retail price of $2.49.

Los Angeles-based specialty coffee company Caveman Coffee Co. launched Sparkling Hibiscus cold brew herbal tea, its first release in a line of functional ready-to-drink offerings. The tea contains no sugar or caffeine and is brewed cold with hibiscus flowers and lemongrass.

DRY Botanical Bubbly debuted its limited edition 2020 Summer Celebration bottles in Pineapple and Watermelon flavors. The zero-proof craft beverages are available for $5.99 per 750ml bottle through the summer in H-E-B, Aldi and BevMo! as well as on the brand’s website.

Massachusetts-based brand MaplaMama rolled out a line of organic sparkling fruit drinks, containing the nutrients of maple without the maple taste. The line is available in Raspberry Lime, Ginger Lemon, Blueberry Pomegranate and Strawberry Kiwi flavors in single 11.5 oz. slim cans and 12-packs.

Florida-based Mother Kombucha released Agua Bucha, a line of kombucha-infused sparkling water. Available in three flavors -- Key Lime, Meyer Lemon and Grapefruit -- each 12 oz. can contains 4 calories and 1 gram of sugar. Agua Bucha is currently available at local independent retailers as well as the brand’s website and will launch in select Florida Publix locations in June.

Olympians Aly Raisman and Michael Phelps are new faces of Silk’s soymilk portfolio, as the brand launched Silk Soymilk cartons this month featuring the two athletes. Raisman and Phelps, who will both star in an upcoming Silk marketing campaign, also joined forces with the brand to donate 1.5 million meals to Feeding America.

Functional hydration brand Nuun launched the Podium Series, a performance supplement system with three formulas: Prime, Endurance and Recover. Rather than tablets, the Podium Series is available in powder form in single-serve pouches and multiple serving canisters. The line, which contains BCAAs not made from animal products or byproducts, is sold at Whole Foods, REI and premium bike and run specialty stores.

RISE Brewing Co. launched Organic Oat Milk, originally formulated for the brand’s oat milk lattes, as a standalone product on its website and in Whole Foods stores in the Northeast region. The shelf-stable oat milk is available in 32 oz. tetra paks for $3.99. The brand also partnered with Connecticut’s Half Full Brewery to launch a 5% ABV nitro hard coffee, available in 4-packs of 11 oz. cans at the brewery.

Sustainable bottled water brand PATHWATER released a limited edition Made in USA bottle, with ten cents from each bottle sold being donated to Direct Relief, an organization providing medical aid and supplies to those affected by COVID-19 nationwide. The red, white and blue refillable bottle is available now in select retailers nationwide or on the brand’s website for $2.79 per 25 oz. bottle or $25 for a 12-pack.

The latest line from plant-based beverage brand Rebbl is Keto Elixirs, containing 20 grams of fat (including 11 to 13 grams of coconut MCTs), 10 grams of plant protein and 4 grams of net carbs along with no added sugar. The Keto Elixirs are available in Chocolate and Vanilla Almond flavors at Whole Foods nationwide as well as on Amazon and the brand’s website.

Ugly introduced Cherry Cola as its latest sparkling water flavor, the first in a series of new limited edition releases the brand announced it will launch online monthly in order to receive feedback from consumers on potential future releases.

Sparkling juice brand IZZE rolled out two new sparkling lemonade varieties, Original and Blackberry. The lemonades contain no added sugar and no preservatives, available in 8.4 oz. 90-calorie cans and 12 oz. 130-calorie bottles.

Liquid I.V. released a new flavor in its Hydration Multiplier line inspired by the song “Yummy” by Justin Bieber, who is an investor in the brand. The Guava Hibiscus-flavored mix is available on the brand’s website for a limited time.

Stance Supplements announced the debut of LOUD, a sugar-free energy drink containing 320 mg of caffeine, along with a mix of B vitamins, branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), L-carnitine, coenzyme Q10 and nootropics. LOUD launched exclusively at Nutrishop in Blue Razz Candy and Tropical Sunrise flavors.

R’s KOSO announced the launch of its line of traditional Japanese prebiotic drinks made from a variety of vegetables, fruits, seaweeds, mushrooms and plants that have undergone a one-year fermentation process. The R's KOSO line is now available on the brand’s website for $99 per 16 oz. bottle, with each bottle containing enough product for a three-day cleanse.
