MAHWAH, N.J. — The Customer Service Division at Flavor & Fragrance Specialties, Inc. (FFS) will now be referred to as Customer Care. The FFS Customer Care Team will take a more proactive approach to communicate with customers, provide regular status updates and keep customers better informed. With a renewed emphasis on receiving feedback from clients, FFS will be better able to meet and exceed individual expectations. For over 30 years, the FFS management team has stood committed to the highest standards, and as the company continues to evolve, changes such as this one are being implemented to further enhance the customer experience.
In an effort to streamline the entire customer experience, FFS has appointed Lauren Ritzmann as Customer Care Manager. Lauren brings over 12 years of experience in the Flavor and Fragrance industry. Prior to joining FFS, she worked for Kerry Ingredients & Flavours as well as Wessel Fragrances, Inc. Lauren will be responsible for managing the day-to-day Customer Care operations and will continue to uphold the FFS commitment to high-level support for customer orders and requests.
