International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share on the common stock.

PepsiAmericas, Inc. reported net income of $21.7 million in the first quarter of 2009. Net income in the first quarter of 2009 was negatively impacted by mark-to-market losses and special charges. These results compare to first quarter reported net income in 2008 of $24.7 million. Link

Anheuser-Busch InBev announced that it has completed the sale of its 19.9 percent minority stake in Tsingtao Brewery Co., Ltd. to Asahi Breweries, Ltd. Asahi acquired the shares from Anheuser-Busch InBev for $667 million.

Jones Soda Co. announced that the Company’s conference call to review fiscal 2009 first quarter results will be broadcast live over the Internet on Thursday, May 7, 2009 at 4:30 pm Eastern Time. The broadcast will be hosted at www.jonessoda.com and www.earnings.com.

Innovative Beverage Group Holdings, Inc. announced that the company has entered into an agreement with Sheffield Distributing of Brunswick, Georgia, to distribute drank. Link The company also announced that 7-Eleven will be selling drank in its stores across the country. Link

Thomas Kemper Soda Company entered into new distribution agreements with Anheuser-Busch wholesale distributors. New distributors include the Ben E. Keith Company, Silver Eagle Distributing, Del Papa Distributing, and L&F Distributing for the state of Texas. In addition, Union Beer Distributors (an L.
