Vita500, a best-selling vitamin C drink in Asia, will be adding in three new flavors to its U.S. product lineup this February. In addition to the Original flavor, Vita500 will now be available in naturally flavored Blueberry, Passion Fruit and Grape.

Tetra Pak Announces Science Based Targets for Climate Impact Reduction

Tetra Pak today pledged that by 2030, the greenhouse gas emissions from its own operations will be at least 40% lower than in 2015. Working with the Science Based Targets initiative, the company also set a goal that by 2040, emissions will be down 58% compared with a year ago.

TRU Aseptics Acquires Wisconsin Aseptic Facility

TRU Aseptics, LLC (TRU) announced today that it has completed its acquisition of the former WILD Flavors Aseptics Facility in Beloit, Wisconsin from Chicago-based Archer Daniels Midland Company. The facility is 65,000 sq. ft. and sits on 5.2 acres.

Hiro Sake Partners with New Distributor in California

BULLDOG Gin and Gruppo Campari announced today the signing of a definitive agreement under which Gruppo Campari will acquire most of the assets of BULLDOG London Dry Gin, an independently owned brand, for USD $55 million plus the assumed liabilities and working capital for approximately USD $3.4 million.
