All Día Launches as the Low-ABV Tequila Canned Cocktail Built for the Way People Actually Drink Now
Austin-based brand enters the fast-growing mindful drinking category with real Casa Maestri tequila, 50–60 calories, and full label transparency — available DTC in 33 states now with national retail expansion underway
AUSTIN, Texas — All Día, a new line of real tequila canned cocktails, officially launched May 15, 2026, offering a long-missing middle ground in the ready-to-drink market: a genuine tequila experience at 2.5% ABV with 50–60 calories, no artificial additives, and the kind of label transparency that remains rare across the RTD category.
The brand is the creation of Austin-based co-founders Sasha and Ailee Petrovic. They saw a binary in the market: high-sugar, 5%+ cocktails on one side, and mocktails that remove the social dimension of drinking on the other—and decided to build something in between. The result is a tequila RTD designed for the growing segment of wellness-minded drinkers who haven't quit alcohol, but have become significantly more intentional about how and how much they consume.
The macro data support the timing. Gallup's 2025 Consumption Habits survey found that only 54% of U.S. adults now say they drink — the lowest figure in nearly 90 years of the firm's tracking, and the third consecutive annual decline. According to IWSR, the zero- and low-alcohol category logged 13% global volume growth in 2024 across the world's ten largest markets, with the no-alcohol segment alone expected to add more than $4 billion in incremental revenue by 2028.
"My time managing large-scale business units taught me a foundational rule: always start with the customer," said Sasha Petrovic, who spent twenty years in operations, including a tenure running a $200 million business unit at Google. "Customer behaviors shift rapidly, and incumbents are usually too rigid to pivot. At 2.5% ABV and 50 calories, we created the best of both worlds."
All Día's tequila is sourced from NOM 1438 (Casa Maestri, the well-regarded distillery in Tequila, Jalisco that supplies a long list of premium agave brands) and blended and canned in Texas. Each can contains five to eight ingredients, lists all ingredients on the label, and includes complete nutrition facts; a level of transparency that remains the exception rather than the rule in the RTD aisle.
The launch lineup, dubbed the Founder's Batch, pays homage to Texas drinking culture: Lime (a Ranch Water), Grapefruit (a Paloma), Cucumber (a bright spritz), and Lemon (a Tequila Chilton, the salty West Texas highball that Lubbock claims as its own). Each flavor is also designed to work as a cocktail base; a splash of blanco tequila and a Tajín-rimmed glass turns the Lime into a full-strength Ranch Water in seconds.
"We could cut our raw material costs in half tomorrow if we moved to cheaper ingredients, but that goes against everything we stand for," said Sasha. "If we can't deliver a transparent, clean label, what's the point of All Día?"
The brand's first 10,000-case production run is shipping in June 2026. Direct-to-consumer delivery is currently live in 33 states, with a lower-48 expansion targeted for this summer. Statewide distribution in Texas runs through WOW Spirits, with retail placement at select Total Wine & More and Twin Liquors locations. Florida follows in July 2026, with California and Arizona on track before spring break 2027. Georgia and Colorado are among the next wave, with the brand targeting the country's top 30 markets by 2028.
The brand's visual identity was led by co-founder and Creative Director Ailee Petrovic, Chief Product & Brand Officer at Young, Wild & Friedman, whose commercial background includes Disney, Walmart, Pantene, and Serena & Lily. All Día was designed in partnership with Austin-based Helms Workshop — the studio behind Austin Beerworks and Lone River — and won BevNet's Best of 2025 award for Best Branding before the product was widely available.
